Hastings Farmers Market

 open every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday adjacent to the pink building at the South Coast Boardwalk, gives a stage for Barbados farmers to showcase their seasonal fruits, mouth watering veggies, local herbs, eggs and chicken. The market has a Barbados Reiki Association every Saturday hosting a healing and relaxation and a park named “Art’s Play Park” for little ones to enjoy while parents can enjoy the market peacefully.  

 


Bajan Cuisine 

Locals in Barbados are very proud of their culture, continuously evolving with time embracing flavours from all the places. Their food, mainly called Bajan Cuisine, includes tastes from Africa, America and Britain to Portugal and India.
