Museo Atlantico: the First underwater sculpture museum in Europe: It is Europe’s first underwater sculpture museum, where one can see the artworks of Jason deCaires Taylor, which are becoming habitats for marine life. Relax on the beautiful beaches of Lanzarote, such as Playa Papagayo, 

a secluded cove with crystal-clear water and white sand. One can also enjoy water sports such as surfing, windsurfing, and jet skiing.


Taste the local cuisine: Taste the local cuisine which is influenced by the island’s climate and geography. One can try dishes such as papas

Best Time to Visit

June to September: If you want to enjoy the beaches, water sports, and parties, the summer months are the best time to visit Lanzarote. The weather is hot and dry, with average temperatures of 28°C and little rain. This is the most popular time to visit, but you will also face more people and more expensive rates.


March to May: The weather is still warm and sunny, with average temperatures of 23°C and occasional showers. You can also enjoy the natural beauty of the island, such as the blooming flowers and the changing colors of the landscape. One can experience fewer crowds and the heat.


December to February: This period is famous for local festivals. The weather is cooler, but still pleasant, with average temperatures of 20°C and some rain. One can also catch some big waves, especially on the north coast, or join the celebrations of the Three Kings, the Carnival, or the Dia de Canarias.
